Marshall Modified by Ken F on eBay
Just saw this on eBay. Seller claims this Marshall was modified by Ken F for Dave Sabo of Skid Row. Scroll down for gut shots. Legitimate?

OH MY GOD!!
I....must....have......Skid Row...tone......
Here's another picture I grabbed from an ebay auction, way, way back that was purported to be a Ken Fischer modified Marshall. This one did not go for big money. I want to say, it sold for $800 or so.

Lots of pictures there. Anyone able to reverse engineer the "trainwreck mod"

There is no "trainwreck mod" in this ampwsaraceni wrote:Lots of pictures there. Anyone able to reverse engineer the "trainwreck mod"

Funny. Anyone know what typed of mods he did to fenders and Marshall's? I hear some of them were amazing

Not only is there no Trainwreck mod in that amp, the handwriting and signature aren't even remotely similar to Ken's.

I was thinking of asking you about that

Whoever touched it last let some sloppy work slide by.

That is a Wreck. The other thing looks like Mark C got it for a day or two a bit latersz. The story chimes of false provenance to me, but I know Dave had Ken stuff too. I think it was remodded by more than one other guy. Wonder why no goop.
In other news, I am so effing doing that to one of these Majors, and soon. Feels like the right thing to do if nobody jumps at it with some money. hah
Let's speculate on what the repurposed polarity switch is doing.

I seriously doubt the work on that amp on ebay was done by Ken. He tended to be quite neat with his work, especially for the time.

Yeah someone scribbled over his painting at best. I have a messy bassman with three guys on top of each other in there. Similar deal.
