Hi RJ

I have a Marstran (Heyboer) output transformer for an Express amp I will build in the future (they are so loud I don't need that kind of volume which is the reason I stall on this build).

I originally had a whole Marstran set but I have sold the power transformer several times to friends wishing to build an amp. The power transformer I now have is the Classictone one. It seems pretty good in my Rocket clone. Naturally I only want to build the Express once so I don't want a lot of transformers when others here have done the hard yards.

RJ, have you heard the Marstran transformer set?

How do you rate the Express, Liverpool and Rocket transformers for performance?
