Thanks guys!

I had the volume on about 2:00, and all the other knobs on half. The presence was in the full bright (down) position.

I ran two Mogami 20' cords in series with a female to female adapter to mellow it all out just a tad.

Thanks for posting that, Glen!

It's great, as a builder, to have a benchmark to aim for--I for one only hear a real 'wreck on the internet, as I don't know anyone in the Mpls area that owns one.

The good news is the fidelity of the video clip and the Ceriatone comparison clips is good enough to get a feel for what a clone should try to do. It still doesn't let one know what a real one feels like, but you can intuit the touch from how the player reacts to the amp. I have used these clips as a "tone goal" for sure!

Very nice playing as well!

Shermock

p.s. One question--what tubes are in that baby?? :)

Hey Shermock,

SolidBody Guitars has Trudy, a 1985 Express. They're really cool, I'm sure they'd let you crank her up...

What to add???
Glen, you are a very good player and after that
the guitar is fantastic
the amp is wonderfull
I'm trying to make my clone sounds similar, but anyway, my way of playing is not so good so I'll never have this sounds!!!!

Glenn, that was really tasty. Keep putting stuff like that out there.

BTW, if you folks havent already bought it, you NEED Glenns CD. It stays in constant rotation on my CD changer.
