Ange, If we take the extreme view that "Everything Matters" then it's conceivable that there are some consequences of adding an effects loop. However, the reality is that if you implement things in the way that Mark mentions you'll see little in the way of a negative impact. The other side of things to consider is that the Rocket takes pedals so well on the front end that you might not need the added circuitry to use your pedal board with these amps. It does make things sorta nice and tidy though. YMMV - rj

I agree with rj, there is no need for an effects loop on a Rocket all pedals go well in the front.
I have implemented this effects loop in many Rockets as well as foot switched bypass cap on V2.

Hi guys, I have finished my rocket using Mike's layout with middle pot mod, cathode bypass toggle and bright switch, but I didn't solder 220k resistor from PI input to ground.. How does it effect the sound?
