Hey Richie, it's great to see your name pop up... hope you are well.

I made up a dozen of those PCB board sets through the Express PCB website and have built a couple amps for myself as well as sold another half dozen packages. The amps seemed to be right on with the performance of my best efforts otherwise but overall the concept wasn't really all that popular. Lot's of folks were curious but a traditional build is still the most common parts requests I see.

The files I created I think are proprietary to ExpressPCB and not actually Gerber files... but as you can see are pretty simple.

Daniel,

I have the files I created but as you might guess, I haven't posted them publicly because they have a direct monetary value and the actual fabrication details are part of my intellectual property. I have chosen not to give these away at this point.

These boards are a current commercial offering (typically sold to TAG and other DIY amp builder forum members at no profit). I don't mind sharing the idea but for obvious reasons including the desire not to anger my business partners I can't give away the actual data files.

Since you only have 5 posts here on the TAG forum it's hard to tell where you might want to use these so I'd prefer not to provide to you this info until I know your intentions are not for profit.

Thanks,

rj

Here are a couple links that offer options on how you can cleanup the power supply on an Express... a word of caution though, there are many who believe that the Express power supply is a work of perfection and you can change the character of the amp if you make changes to it.
