Because you will never be able to reassemble it

also some other type you have to watch too, they have a spring in them. Ping!!!!!!!! where did that go..?....

Yep the spring popped out the ballbearing that I cant find.. that of course was stage 2 of the disassemble. Stage one had 3 V clips that make the connection for each turn... I cant reassemble stage 1 or 2 lol

Just use the YKK 3 way make before break impedance switch. Built like a tank, silver plated contacts, 6A rated.
I have used one Lorlin, only because it was for a TW Express build, cheaper than YKK but does not compare in any way!
Hoffman has the YKK, so does Mouser.

Yes I did figure out how to reassemble it. I haven't completed it yet lol. And even when I do I'm not 100% comfortable with the reliability of the re assembly. Even a new unit has me worried after peaking inside but will have to use to be OEM.
