I haven't had the chance to play it all that much... but one thing I have really appreciated was that even if I am not dialing the attenuator down to try to force it into distortion, it's still really useful to allow me to use the main volume control. Without the attenuator the volume comes on pretty strong and I doubt I'd ever get the chance to play it on any volume setting above 1.

It's a good amp that I need to play through some more...

That is a cool build. Definitely a bit different from tube rolling.

I am always jazzed to see you post a note and know that you are still doing amp stuff.
I am hopeful to do a little more building myself but this particular amp was a fun one and turned out to be pretty cool.
