I can't really see too many guys using the Asteroid 60 AKA (Komet 60) but the Songwriter would be a great choice.
www.rjguitars.net used to have a sweet Songwriter based amp using octal tube like the first original Songwriter.
Boards are easy to make for the Songwriter.
