Grounding in a Komet 60 style amp

I've been looking at this layout of what I believe is a Komet 60 style amp. What would be the difference of having a unifying preamp ground buss vs. the multiple ground points shown here?

I built the Asteroid both ways and found no difference in grounding, no issues.
