Transformer Availability?

Post by sst4270 »

Can someone suggest a source for Transformers?

I've PM'd Moose both here and through his website and gotten no reply. Moose?

I'd prefer not to pay shipping from Ceriatone.

Mojotone's website shows them as being out of stock.

Alternate Transformer suggestions would also be welcome.

Please Help.

FWIW: I'm looking to build another Express to complement MaryBeth and a Liverpool for my nephew.

Sincerely,

Steve

I had very good luck with my transformers from "moose" on this site. His website is toneslut.com. My TW Express (Kathleen) sings like an angel or a devil from hell, depending on the settings. I highly recommend them.

How long you been trying to get Moose? If I recall correctly, he sometimes goes on businees trips and is away for a bit.

I received my set from toneslut.com last week. They shipped out a week later than originally mentioned. I used the "place order" email link (orders@toneslut.com) on the site and paid with paypal.

Those are some heavy ass trannies!
If it says "Vintage" on it, -it isn't.

Ordering from Toneslut

I built Marybeth with trannys from Moose, but the trannys were ordered by the owner of the amp. [And she sings too]
Anyways, I don't know the process.
Do I just make a Paypal payment to the "order" email address?

I sent an email on 2/11. I just wanted to verify that he had them available before sending money.

Are those "Pacific" transformers that Ken used still available somewhere?

Tell me. I ordered three sets for Ken's Trifecta (Express, Liverpool, Rocket). Moose managed to fit them all in one USPS Priority flat rate box; about 8x12x5.

My mailman was NOT amused. LOL.
