2x12 open back cab w (1) Celestion Blue and (1) G12H30.
Only because this is the only cab I own. Sounds quite nice with my Express clone.

Isn't the Governor Eminence's "version" roughly of a G12H30?
I have a Private Jack (Eminence's sort-of-G12M25) and a Red Fang (Eminence's sort-of-G12-alnico-Blue). I think both of them are not only excellent speakers, but a notch above the speakers with which they intend to compete. The PJ is kind of like a greenback with more range (top end and bottom end) and more power handling, and the RF is kind of like a Blue with more range and power handling. If the Governor is in the same camp, then I'm buying one.

Actually, I believe the Governor is a smoother version of the Vintage 30. Some are modeled closer than others to existing speakers; some are in their own right.
