I'd have to agree. Those knobs look crap.
If you're building a Ginger clone you have to draw the line somewhere and that would be in knob selection!
Remember also that the cab is not an original Trainwreck cab and is just something knocked up afterwards. I'd be saying to myself that the knobs were also changed and that would be my excuse to use something else.

You rescued me again. I thought that was the orginal cab. I all ready have a set of Express knobs and will use those. That cab did look a little different and no logo does it for me. I'm not planning on putting the Ginger clone in a wreck style cab but somethng maybe like the comet cab only with tolex.
