Ground buss

Hi,

What grounding scheme do all y'all recommend? I like the idea of a ground buss across the back of the pots, but I imagine a world of hurt if I had to replace a pot.

I don't use a ground buss per Randal Aiken's recommendations. He has a great article on his website about star grounding. I've used it on all my amps and have been very happy with the results.
