No offense intended. No experience with those parts either.
Not to wax philosophical in too egregious a fashion; since we are all biased, the question remains, which is the best bias proven by the facts and are you willing to change your bias in the face of your error? Some biases are a matter of taste, and as such, are not subject to fact, necessarily. (hows that for ambiguous?)
In another forum I asked if roller rockers on a 300 six would gain any improvement on economy and performance. One of the replies stated it was like wetting your pants in a dark suit. While making you feel warm... nobody would notice.
No offense taken since I'm collecting facts on a subject I am a novice at. I want to create the best product I can with my limited resources, with an emphasis on objective fact, while understanding you get what you pay for and then deciding how those facts fit my tastes.
Here is a clip I think best represents our first amp project, P1ex, that my 13 year old son built PTP. I had a multi bias switch so I could A/B different tubes. (hard on OT when you forget to set correctly) This clip is with 6v6. First half is a American Deluxe Strat on rhythm and lead. The second half is an LP with Super Distortion Dimarzio. The lyrics fit the quote.... anyway.

Now if you've made it this far and are not completely bored out of your skull, thanks on all your advice here. It’s much appreciated.
