1st Annual Mid-Atlantic AmpFest

Post by HeeBGB »

Well Guys....Here is the scoop! The date for the 1st Annual Mid-Atlantic AmpFest is set for Saturday May 21, 2005. I am still finalizing the place but it looks like it will be held in North Bergen, NJ.

If anyone needs hotel info please contact me for info.

Everyone is invited and admission is free...All I ask is that you email me that you are going to attend. I would like to have an idea of how many people are going to show up so I can estimate if the space is adequate and for food and drink requirements.

I would like to have as many amps and different speakers show up as possible. In order to prevent the same configs showing up please let me know what you intend to bring. I'm not really as concerned with amps as I am with speaker cabs. So if you decide to bring an amp or speaker cab please let me know what and how many speakers you have in it and what type of amp wheather it be a clone or an original design or what have you.

It will be from about 12pm-5pm or thereabout.

Well I guess that's about it

I look forward to hearing from you

Thanks

Greg

Dear Greg

I'm in the wrong country to attend, but I'd love to hear all about it, will you be recording any part of the Ampfest?

Should anyone turn up with a Trainwreck, I'd love to hear the A/B comparison between the clones and the real deal.

Speakers could be an issue though.

Greg, I hope it all goes well, and I commend you for putting it all together.
Yours Sincerely

Hi Mark,

I have someone to take pics but I am still trying to find someone with some sort of digitar porta studio to record clips. I will probably be too busy to do so, so I need a volunteer.

Anyone?

Greg,
I won't be able to make it, but as mentioned before I would like to send a couple amps to get some feedback on what people think. Let me know if that is still ok.

Omar,

That's not a problem for me.

Response has been kind of lite so far. I am hoping more people respond soon or I might have to do something drastic.

Anyway...you will certainly be missed.

Thanks
