Lightning vs. Rocket - tone comparison?

Wondering if anyone has played a Rocket and compared that tone to a Matchless Lightning?

The reason I ask is the pre's are very similar and the power section is not that far off. Of course, there is the 2 vs. 4 EL84 output and the mismatched impedance on the Lightning but I'm wondering if the tone of the Lightning is pretty close to the Rocket.
