Stereo Express???

Post by Bruciep07 »

Anyone else see this bad boy on ebay?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0337989906

Kind of a cool design, he built 2 complete expression kits in one 3" tall chassis, I've never seen it before and thought it was cool enough to share...

I can only imagine it for a wet/dry set-up, one amp w/ effects, one without? I don't know... His description says "All my equipment uses stereo based prosessing"...

He could've saved himself a 12ax7 if he would've shared one. Now he has two half-triodes unused.

I bought a pair of shoes from a drug dealer the other day. I dunno what he laced them with but I’ve been tripping all day,

Someone could buy it, part it out and build a couple of amps on the cheap.

Man, I'll bet that is a heavy sucker!

That amp would not be good for hi-fi use so why the stereo business rather than a dual channel arrangement?

Well I would think he is running it wet/dry or running stereo effects like chorus or other vibe/ processing pedals that sound awesome in stereo.

I didn't read the description carefully, so I don't know if it has two inputs or just one feeding both amps.

Wasn't there a Marshall that ran two output transformers back in the day because nobody made a 100 watt OT?
