Just bought a Marshall 1965 4x10 and I must say it's a great sounding cab.
Its a bit light on the bottom end but you can wind the bass up on the amp and it stays nice and tight. It has the 10 inch version of the Celestion greenbacks.
Just tested it with my 1970 Bandmaster reverb and it's lovely.
I bought it to match up with my newly built JTM 45 and as the cab is smaller than the standard 4x12 it should match up perfectly .
Oh and You can pick it up with one hand too

I built a 4x10 with greens and golds, sounds great to me. Cart-ability with one hand is a huge plus. Funny though - with three different amps - BF/Plexi clone, JTM45 kinda and a Mesa Mini - I have to turn the bass off - so no lack of low end in the 10's.

Ok plugged it in to it's intended amp, my newly built JTM45 . Wow, huge sound, you were right, huge bottom end on the normal channel.
Bloody Hell it's LOUD......
