What's the best way cut out a wizzer?

You *can* cut it with steady hand and a very sharp box cutter but if blade sticks way too much on the far side you might cut the cone at the worst place: near the voice coil so way safer is a pair of those curved scissors often used to cut baby boy nails:

Don´t cut them too tight, leaving a 1 or 2 mm wide ring all around won´t be heard and is safer.

Removing the whizzer, also called curcumcision.
