couple of things led to size.
-as for actual size measured a blues Jr. and then kind winged it.
-Too old and lazy to cart a bigger cabinet.
-Originally intended to use with an Express I plan to build. (It's on my to do list)

I have never been much on pedals. I have a TS9 and a tec21 GT2. Somehow I got it in my head to do a small pedal board with a mooer baby bomb for power So.... To go with the baby bomb I bought a power supply, a mooer two stones preamp, and the makings for a vemuram jan ray clone. Kinda thinking a small grab and go set up with a bit of flexibility. As soon as the speaker cab is done it is on to the pedal board. Then the Express.

My first build had a wavy grill cloth pattern that annoyed me, my friend told me to pull the grill, and straighten the lines. I realized that the staples come out just as easy as they go in! Now I spend a lot of time pulling staples, and re tensioning the cloth. (Yeah sometimes after I think it's fine, I'll look at it later, and notice I missed a place!)

grill is pretty tight and straight. but.... I kinda dutched the corners, and the baffle is a wee bit tight. (that's what is causing the bunching you see in the corners. Lessons learned.

Meh, don't dwell on the mistakes. I've built a few head cabs. On one, I spent time marking which side was the bottom vs. the top so I'd get the seam on the bottom. Well, you have to work fast after applying the adhesive. You see where this is going. When I was done, the tolex was downside up, seam on the top. However, the work was far, far better than I imagined I could do. The seam is hardly noticeable. Still, it belongs on the bottom

Your work is quite good. No one will be inspecting the corners. Nice job.

Keep at it! I know I did a couple things wrong on my first, second, and then third cab, but they weren't the same mistakes! You will definitely get better with time!

Very good looking cab. Grill cloth can be tough, no doubt about it.
