Uf values Express

HI. I am wondering how important the uF values in the filter section. In the layout there are 20uF and 40uf. Would there be any significant difference in 47uF and let's say 22uF? I am trying to use parts I have, instead of buying new ones.

That's fine. 47 and 22 are common values; 40 and 20 are not.
