Edit: Thanks to xtian for much smaller versions that are easier to download etc. The bottom two thirds are the jpg and original PDF's that are 1200DPI and very large, I recommend you get the smaller files if you have a slow internet, and the bigger files can also kill browsers :D

Your scan job is first rate, Phil! It's great to know these pages will be around for a while, thank you for making this happen.
