Patch cords for Loopolator

Hi,

I need some advice as as a new Bludotone Big Iron HRM model w/ Loopolator, about brands and recommended lengths of patch cords between loopolator and head.

I'm told that this has a great affect on the tonal charactoristics of the amp. Any / all advice would be greatly appreciated from this newbie!
