New Build - 22w 6v6 JM Sig/2nd Gen OD
I finished this up today. 22w 2x6v6
JM sig clean channel into 2nd Gen OD, send/receive reverb, 1/2 d-lator. All stages 100k plates, I changed a few things on both layouts and kind of balanced out the designs on the different pot values and tone stack. 2nd Gen PI with 10k balance pot added
Chassis is 17", GZ34 rectified, Deluxe Reverb Hammond iron. 12v relay setup, two button footswitch. I set it up like a Two Rock, it was the only way to get it all in there. I had to put the contour on the back!
AN cab with buckskin suede, oxblood cloth, skirted knobs
Sounds killer!!! Not quite the headroom of the JM sig with the 6v6, but the tone is there and it's very strat friendly!
Thanks!!
Taylor

Sounds fun. Really good blues and rock tones. Oh yeah the build isn't too shaby either
Re: New Build - 22w 6v6 JM Sig/2nd Gen OD
Nice tones are those!! A Strat should be singing with the clean channel.
Hate to say it (since it is out of my reach), but I've yet to find an EU based shop with this quality of headshell making. Alright, I said it.

Thanks guys! I ship to EU. It's actually not that expensive, probably because I'm on the east coast.

Thanks Taylor,
I purchased a bunch of equipment to make my own cabs (probably could have purchased 3-4 cabs for the cost of it, but nevermind). Didn't manage to use it yet, except few test cuts and (as always) equipment doesn't make cabs itself.
The problem with overseas items cost is always the customs, but at least for the upcoming SSS build, I need to consider something really classy

nice job!.....I built a little combo with the same Hammond iron and JJ 6v6's....it is a high plate....it is killer just like yours...and very loud...I think I'll try another but with re-verb and d-lator too....

Nice sounding Taylor and a lot of functions for the player to choose from.
