Anyone ever use a Weber speaker for a D style amplifier? Just curious Bought a Weber Amsterdam to try for my 50 watt Dumble clone I built.

Cali (JBL D120)
Michigan (EVM12L)

Both sound good to me.

I have an Amsterdam in my Glaswerks cab currently, but it's not broken in yet and I havent tried a D-style amp through it yet.
It's true i've lost my marbles and i cant remember where i put them

I have a faux 1936 cab with a Weber Legacy (Celestion) type and a CV123 (Cerwin Vega) that I originally built for my 1986 50w bass head. I use it with my 50w ODS with good results. The Legacy is middy and fat while CV is clean and hifi sounding. A good combination.

I have a Weber alnico Blue Dog in my little d'lite style combo. I'm happy with it. Does the fat, smooth, creamy thing pretty well. Took forever to break in with the pre rola dope.
