What treble cap are you talking about? The brite caps on the switch???

He means the 390pF in series with the .002uF you have on the board...it looks like it's not connected yet, judging by the red wire that goes nowhere on the rightmost lug of the treble pot.

Connected via a mid boost switch. Usually where you have your deep switch.
