hello again, just a little example of a kind of modern shred lead from my hybrid HRM amp.
There's an HBE Power Screamer in front of the amp to give an extra boost and to tight the low end a bit and a little cut around 150Hz with a post production eq vst.
Cab is a Mesa 2x12 Recto, guitar is PRS CE22 with Duncans.
Track is "Still Hurts" from the album "There's Hope" of Marco Sfogli, an extremely talented Italian guitarist (solo artist and James LaBrie solo project guitarist).
