Big fan of Michaels, i think he could sound good playing through a tin can.
Re: Mike Landau new dumble???
Saw him play live in the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago. He is GREAT. Was playing through a couple of stock Fender amps (rentals).

I saw him back in 90'; some the most amazing Strat tones ever from just working the volume knob up and down....late 60's Plexi into a Juice Extractor fed into an H-H V800 wide ass open, 63 Strat, original Fuzz Face and Univibe..........god like!Richie wrote:Big fan of Michaels, i think he could sound good playing through a tin can.

If you are a fan of the electric guitar, it should be a requirement to have Tales From the Bulge
Re: Mike Landau new dumble???
I was at that show too and my buddy and I are convinced those amps must have been modded. He does have some incredible hands though...FUCHSAUDIO wrote:Saw him in NC after the Mojo amp show, and he made those crappy Fenders sing !! Shows you tone may actually BE in the hands....
