44m resistors?

I noticed on the gain recovery stage a cap in series with a 44m resistor. Where do you find resistors that large?

I'm not sure they exist. Most of us are using two 22M resistors in series. If you look at the pictures of #124, Dumble used two 10M resistors before AND after the cap (4 in total).
