It's now been almost 2 months since I ordered a 212 Deichton cab. A couple of weeks ago Ingo Bührmann at Deichton stopped answering my emails. Now his site at www.deichton.de is gone too.
I don't expect to get my cab.
Be careful, be very careful...

Anyone in Germany know him?

Deichton - Ingo Bührmann
Schubertstraße 13b -

I've heard somewhere that Ingo of Deichton is the same as Ingo of Shinrock Transformers, that is still keeping my 170 euros for a transformr set that i've not received ( it was ordered back in may).
I've alreadly set a procedure for fraud with the italian police for this.
Bye.

Johan, I believe the D'Lite chassis is slightly narrower than the typical Dumble chassis... You should probably check that out with Normster or Moss on the BrownNote forum.

Ciao Paolo,
I've heard of your story from a friend here in Sweden. He's in the same situation. Anyone know if Ingo at Deichton and Shinrock is the same person?
If you get any more info let me know. I'll keep investigating.

No, the DLite should be smaller and not a perfect fit. The cab will be wider.

Hmm, don't know any of these Ingos personally.

Ingo Gorges seems not to be Ingo Bührmann, their location is totally different. One is in the very north of Germany while the other is in the south.

Ingo produced trannies not as his main business.
He states on his homepage that his little daughter has cancer. Got no reason to NOT believe the man. His posts in several German forums were helpful and he definitely knows a thing or two about transformers.

Ciao
Martin (right out of the heart of Germany)
PS: Sorry to hear of your problems, Paolo. Hopefully Ingo will get it straigt...

Ingo Gorges has already told the story of cancer 2 years ago to somebody else in this forum. I'm starting to think that he's a liar.
Furthermore the way deichton and shinrock are disappearing is quite similar.
I think that also if you are passing through a terrible moment in your life, but you have a business in which you have to take care of customers, you'll find a way to write some brief notes to anybody who is asking infos . Customers are you richness.
Ingo Gorges is not doing this since may 2007 ( in my case), since 2 years in somebody's else case.
Think I have more than a reason to be worried about the man.
As a side note: I ordered and received already a set of transformers from Shinrock and I can say they are excellent products.
Seems that the only problem is to get them!

...or do a search for Ingo Bührmann and Deichton on the German Forums. No problem to get hold of until it's time to ship now he's gone and so are his site.
Anyone in Germany who wants to call and check if his still in business?

I sent Ingo @ Deichton an email on 29th of september for a price quote on a Dumble cab and received a reply on 4th of october. So he does read his email I guess.
Try once more to contact him on: info@deichton.de
That's the emailadress which we emailed with.

Good luck!

Hi guys,
Does anybody know what the size of the two ports are in th 1x12 ported design? This style of cab sounds great but was wondering what the preference for port size is. It also seems that Hermida is now producing this same cab only a little bit deeper. Interesting.

Buon giorno Paolo!

Ingo G's last mail in my favoured German board dates from early june 2007.
I was ready to order a set for an 18 W project or even the jtm45 OT.

Ciao
Martin
PS at least his customers deserve a bit more info, but what do I know ... never walked a mile in his shoes.

Thanks Martin.
Let's say that after a bit of research i 've another telephone nr. in Stegen that I can call to find the man ( his home probably?) but up to now I've not attempted any contact.
I'm waiting a little of time just to see if the police can arrange something.
Thanks BTW

Just got a reply from Ingo Bührmann. He said my cab is on it's way. We'll see when and if it shows up.
