Final sets of Dumble clone circuit boards available.

Post by jborders5 »

Hi all. Just wanted to let you know I'm down to my last sets of Dumble clone circuit boards. After they are gone I will not be producing another run in the foreseeable future. It's been fun filling a void here on The Amp Garage, but I need to focus on a couple of other projects.

Main boards are only available in complete sets, but I have a few of the other boards available individually. There are 17 complete sets left and the inventories have been updated on the other pieces. PayPal will not oversell an item. Please allow 1 - 2 business days to fulfill your order. Thanks again!

Sorry to hear that

I just received my first set of boards from you this week, along with a silver CE chassis, ready to build a #102 style 50 watter.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the boards and it sure does save a lot of time compared to making them yourself.

I was hoping to order some more in the future, but I guess I may have to build them now, not my favourite part of amp building, I must say.

Thanks again for all your work and a great contribution to D style amp building.

Hey Guys- FYI, I'm down to the last of the boards. I decided to add a few from my personal stash as I only need a couple of sets for my own use. Please allow a few days to ship as I'm swamped with other projects.

Also, please make sure you download the application notes for each of the boards. I'm going to take the website down after the remaining boards are gone.

I just wanted to thank you so much for making these pcb's available for us to use in our amps.

They are very high quality and work very well.

It made my amp much more easy to build with them.

Wow, did I time that order right!

I'll second Structo - and the quality on these is top-notch.

Sorry to see them go!

Thank you for the service you provided the group. Between your boards and the CE chassis things became a lot easier.

A few years ago I posted templates for a complete set of boards for those interested in etching themselves. If you are only doing one or two sets then the manual etching process is not too bad.

I used the 'iron transfer of xerox' method, but others have just drawn the patterns on the boards with a Sharpie pen.

You can print out the images and overlay it on the baord and use a 'punch' to pop where each little hole will be. Then connect the appropriate dots with the Sharpie.

Sorry, I only sell the circuit boards. I believe CE was going to do another run of chassis this fall, but not sure on their status.

Just a friendly reminder to download the "application notes" if you haven't already done so and purchased boards in the past. There is a link below the description of each PCB.

I also still have few various boards left. The website has been updated with the remaining available inventory. I'm in town all week and can get orders shipped out if you're planning a holiday build...

I believe CE has a few chassis available for an easier "drop in" build: http://cepedals.com/Dumble-Style-Chassis.html

If you are still around now and then, if I could get the wiring instructions for the Precision Power supply PS1 Rev 2, and OD Relay 1 Rev 2.1 would be great.

After a couple moves, I rediscovered these boards.
Time to build!

You likely have my email address…
Thanks!
Mike
