Are the plate resisters reversed in the layout on rev6? I saw in a file dumble notes where the plates are v1 220/150 and v2 180/150
http://bmamps.com/Schematics/dumble/dumblenotes.pdf
and a schematic from Structo

I built it to the layout shown in the sticky and the amp sound pretty good.
to me the the v1 220/150 v2 180/150 makes more sence than the v1 180/150 v2 220/150. shown in the layout. any input would be helpful.
Posted below is a pic of the bluesmaster and an amp i built for a friend in a local band

Re: Bluesmaster rev6 layout plate resisters reversed?
I can tell you that #206 (HRM) has 220/150 and 180/120 on the plates of the two preamp tubes. I cannot confirm Bluesmaster values.

Re: Bluesmaster rev6 layout plate resisters reversed?
Thank you ill swap them today and see how she sounds afterwards
Re: Bluesmaster rev6 layout plate resisters reversed?
ok swapped the resisters around for the plate and cathode. and its sounds a good bit better. had to readjust the hrm controls alittle bit. It now does have the over agrressive sound as it did before. now it more like an old plexi on the lead side. instead of a triple rect. Thank you

There was also a low 200s sn amp said to have 220/150 and 220/150, you might also want to try that.

this is the idea, getting there is proving to be a bit of a challenge. im using a hammond 290fx pt. plate voltage is arounf 440, screen is 439-438, pi 246-250, v2 209-211, and v1 187/196.... ive got to get the voltages straight. dropping string is 3.4k 15k, 10k. gonna try 3k frist and see where that gets me.
