FYI. This amp is built by Gil Ayan in California

It really only has a few small tweaks I made in a few spots in there and also I changed it to a 240V Powertrannie that all,
but then its all in the ears of the tweaker not the schematics as some seems to think.

The Finish guy owner insisted on wanting my signature on there instead of the "Overdrive special" fake logo that was on there originally ,

so i ended up doing a "Cat" and I made clear it was a mod job

There seems to be a lot of mystery about these Mystic amps, no gut shots. I have been told that they have good tone but are a very messy build.

If anyone want to PM me a few guts shots that would be great.

Lovetone, For a guy running a UK amp building business your practises are really LOW !

You have been pestering my customers for years asking for inside pictures even tried to buy amps under false pretence.

Me neither.
I briefly looked at the pics at some point of the day ...didn't look exactly like "area 52" secrets revealed, but to each its own.

Just a ODS clone not that different than someone around here would build.

Had HAD style resistors though

I agree BAU around these parts sprinkled with a few Sprague Q lines.

Well as we would say in England “Thats Like the Kettle calling the pot Black”

I think in all the time i’ve been a member here, your the only person that has quashed threads had images deleted, and now had the title of a thread changed.

For those not aware the thread was originally called “Mystic Dumble Clone ?”

If you have nothing to hide whats the problem with us seeing inside your amplifiers

For those interested this is how I build amps here in England.

I modded a ODS clone that was modded by Cougar :D
Before my mod the amp was sounding very good and didn't have the giant amount of bass on the od that seems to be standard by a lot of clones.
It was a great sounding amp to my ears.

Great looking build, lovetone. What signals is the ribbon cable carrying?

The ribbon drives LEDs on the rear panel, these are valve status indications from the Tubesync board mounted on the power supply.

Tubesync monitors and bias's the output stage its the same as the Orange unit called Divo ov4.
