listen to my Dumble...
Hi there!
Here you can hear my #183 Dumble clone with a Suhr Strat... only guitar to amp, no pedal...
This my first independant, self produced trio release, recorded and mixed with exclusively DIY gears. I can post more details if interested. Working on Part II...

...I can´t hear any hum...
Congrats to your CD. I like this bluesy fusion stuff a lot.

Yes very nice! I don't hear any hum either... Did you find the cause?

I like it, might have to just download it.

plugged my amp elsewhere and no more hum ... first concert for my #183!
the problem is certainly bad ground or bad power in my home. I told you I had the same frequency/noise on my other amps, but not as loud...
but because of my wireless system? I will try it at home.

Sounds great. What speakers are you using?

Greenback: DIY ribbon mic to DIY1073 preamp
G12H: SM57 to DiY1073 preamp
and the tracks through a DIY LA3A, with a slighly compression...

Hi there!
Here is my second release recorded exclusively with my Dumble Clone #183:
https://adrienhusson.bandcamp.com/
You can listen to it, and share it!
This time, I used a speaker simulator (Two Notes Wall of Sound) with a reactive load DI.
A question to dumble users...: I used a booster in front of the amp, because I find the drive to "muddy" when I use with single coils mic and I push up volume pot. With humbucker, no boost needed, sounds perfect! and you? Perhaps I will try 12AT7 on first stage...
