Thanks Erwin,

well to be honest it's just a box. I see no need to have finger joints if it's going to be covered in tolex. I literally just screw and glue the joints and what with the cross bar it's very rigid. I just use a straight edge to get a clean straight cut with the jigsaw, it's a bit time consuming but it works. Then sand the edges round, paint the inside black and then tolex it and do the grill.

I would love to have a workshop with a bench and a table saw and router :D

I'll try do a sound clip when I get chance. I've actually let this run into some work time so I've a few sessions I need to catch up on this week.
