Finally changed the bad shielded wires with some RG59 (it’s the only one I could find easily without ordering online and adding huge shipping fees or waiting 3-4 weeks for the material to arrive ;).

Both channels are now fully functional and I don’t have any glitches in the sound even when playing very loud.

Only thing left to check is why my voltages on the D lator are low... Any idea on where to look? I have checked the components and everything seems to be at the right place and wired properly. I have like ~9v on pin 2 and ~17v on pin 3.

BTW I have also worked on my head cab and thought it would be a good idea to practice before I jump in with some real wood :

Can you get photo's close up of the area? The B+ voltage coming in before any droppers etc should be where you expect it. if it's not, then somehow you're not getting enough B+ to the tube... either too large of a dropper or you've done something else with soldering and connections that's not allowing it to get the full B+.

@colossal, thx ! I was wondering if you had some more relay board ? I am preparing my next project and need some good ones. I did not enjoy much the ones sold by marsh amps, eyelets seems to handle better the “soldering/unsoldering” [emoji6]

@Pompeiisneaks will surely post something so you can tell me if I am close to what a D*mble clone should sound!
