Look closer, he's got a slide on his pinky finger, probably a glass one that's similar in color to his hands, but I can definitely see it :)

Ah, thanks guys. I see it now. Maybe my connection was running slow earlier today, and I would up with a lesser-resolution video playback...... yeah, that's it! :-)

Well, again, Marcus; GREAT sounding amp. Kudos to you!

Tony, of course......... it's your quote :D

He had a choice of the Bluesmaster with the EV or the #102 with a Celestion Classic lead 80.

The EV and BM handled the low 'C' string (a 60 gauge) better than the 102~and celestion, I've played bass through that EV cab and it sounded great :D

thanks for the kind words people :D

Would you mind if I ask a couple of questions?
What slope resister did you use? Was a dumbleator kind of thing in line?
Did he use the amp overdrive or pedal?
It sounded great by the way!
Thanks,
Jim

do you mean make or value?

it's the standard 47K and a Dale RND65 metal film

here's the build thread

http://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... luesmaster

it was only my 2nd dumble build and my 4th ever amp build.

I now realise that the intermittent vibration/buzzing sound I was chasing in the build thread was actually the dust cover on the EVM 12 speaker cone coming loose. I re glued it and as you can hear it's a s good as new now.

Joey used the clean and OD channel, all pedals were in front of the amp so nothing in the loop.
