There's not a single source. Chassis and cabinets available from http://amplifiednation.com, transformers from classictone.net or tubesandmore.com, small parts from tubesandmore.com, etc etc.

Something specific you're asking about?
I build and repair tube amps. http://amps.monkeymatic.com

If your going to be using relays in that Dumble Lite I would order PT from Heyboer with voltage tap for the relays.

My PT has two 6.3VDC taps so I'll get my relay voltage from those and use 12V for the filaments too....

I'm looking for the relay boards without the relays

Same here, I am willing to buy relay boards like 6-10. I live in Canada.

you can make these. Just use 1/16 eyelets for the relay pins. Solder thin wire from the 1/16 eyelets to the 1/8 ones, the relays will still push in to solder in place.

The 1/16 eyelets don't need a staking tool just put them on something flat and tap them with a hammer, the rear will spread enough to hold in place, or perhaps I used a center punch. Whatever, they're easy to make if a little fiddly.
