New HRM clip w/1265 and 6L6 tubes

The amps tranny is a Marshall style, I am really curious how the 6l6 tubes would sound with a 4K plate to plate tranny with M6 iron....

I like it, Scott. Then again, you have your amps totally dialed in IMNSHO.. and no need to talk about the execution of your clips. :D

Question: you always post clips of the OD w/PAB, right? IF so, would it be possible to do a clip of the OD w/o PAB VS w/PAB just to see how "useless" the OD sans PAB is in the HRM amps? Haven't had a HRM amp since Dec 1999 and I am still kind of relucatant to build one! :)

Thanks,

Gil

Dig it! Very present and articulate. I really like where you have the amp now - thick and rich, very expressive.
Wife: How many amps do you need?
Me: Just one more...

Happy to hear more of this amp and your superlative playing. Obviously more well recorded than the first take I heard on this loop. KILLER... That speaker is right to it. I am with Gil in wanting to hear this amp in different modes of operation. Clean, no PAB, etc.. And, is this a Glaswerks that goes in & out of HRM? or another build?
Thanks in advance,
Dave

Thanks dudes! Here is the other morning take. I like the solo much more... But, the mic position was wrong. Plus the tubes were at 41ma!

Scott, Excellent playing as always! I get what you mean about Splat, and I think a BF Bassman OT might get you where you want to be, that being said, That clip as an Island is PHENOMENAL!!!!!!

Great playing, especially on the clip at the bottom of the page - there's one very Allan lick in the middle that kills me, and you obviously know how to snake your way around the harmony.

Amp sounds just a bit stiff for my tastes, but it obviously gives great dynamics and the picking comes through really welll.
