advice on 100w bias

100w bluesmaster advice - currently 1 fixed 10k L to 15k to ground - each tube 1r 2w. from pin 1 and 8 to ground - i would like to add another 10k L -- one for two outside 6L6 -- one for two inside 6L6 - Would I need to change the value of the 15k resistor {x2 } or just repeat what is already there? thanks for yer knowledge
