Listen to the effect tails. It's a Fuzzface or similar. The reverb and delay tail is maintained. This is my second favorite UP amp.

The blonde Showman is as amazing clean but it has this.. it violates physical laws. It's unimaginable. You could never set out to design such a thing.

My ears can see what the Marshall does; the Showman is a void beyond. WTAF!???!!!!!!!?!!

Have you heard UP Manzamp? Uhoh. Whoa. It might be nearly identical to the Showman, only from scratch. It has a clean EXACTLY like the Marshall.

Damn. That's still chilling to hear every atom of that strat. What an amp. That cabinet is very meaningful to this sound. We should make those and be happy.

Are there any such things as gutshots of (an) Ultra-Phonix?

There is a UP Bassman conversion photo floating around, but not sure it has been verified, nor is there just one UP circuit.

Well, I couldn't find much more than
https://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4175
https://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20544
and the pic below,
(from https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index ... t.2183977/ )
dumble-ultra-phonix-modded-64-bandmaster.png
any wild guess at what the orange drops are - yet it is unlikely that all the UP/Dumble modded amps (in the ODS tradition) share the exact same sort of components... :?:
(just looking for some references)

EDIT(s)/below

Something of a (phase inverter & more - see links) relevant discussion: http://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=34327

The UF I played was stellar. The only warning is that it needed to be stupid-loud to give up the goods. I needed plugs to play it, and I don't usually mind "loud".
It was very touch responsive, clean, clear (without being harsh), chunky (without being farty), and overall quite the sonic experience.

Somebody Please put this in a sticky
The UP mod does not exist as any 1 design or 1 amp ..It's a custom mod for a particular customer using a multiple of different circuits that Dumble chooses given the players needs and wants out of his/her amp. It's been known to have different tone stacks and different RP/RK plate configurations on different channels and different output sections using different output transformers on several different Black Face platforms and more than likely using different parts.
So which version of the UP mod do you want or are you talking about? or is it a version that already exists that you want to copy?..I would be happy to recommend something but i have no clue what this player wants or needs

This is why I simply responded "No" There is no answer to his question :?

Are you referencing the blonde showman you played at the amp show in the above clips? In those clips it sounds like you were impressed how the amp didn’t need to be cranked to do the thing …

Aren’t those rock phonix and ultra phonix ? High gain is the rock phonix I assumed . The UP bassman photos floating around has this rock phonix circuit on one channel , no ?

My high gain trys to force it's way around my fingers to blow into feedback.
