I did as well. Based on the geographic locations they are advertising, it seems they are betting on the estate not attempting to enforce IP rights outside of the US. It's a real shame and certainly there will be many an uneducated consumer who ends up disappointed.

Good, I hope the estate prevails. These are usually long battles with highly specialized (and expensive) counsel. The current US trademark owners are well aware. The European mark owners obtained it fraudulently (as I understand it). I assume they plan to contest and/or overturn the mark.
