Anyway, here is what I have to this point: A Bugerra V55 as a donor headshell and chassis. It's pretty close in size to the original Bassman chassis anyway. I cut the top/bottom out of the chassis and installed a reconfigured aluminum plate. I have a Super Reverb PT and an old Twin OT, both Shumacher (606). Ordering a choke and some vitals later. I had a few chokes but nothing was close so I am getting a Hammond 4H 90mA. I had an old filter cap tray here so I'm using it... why not?

I'm gonna use the 5v filament winding for my relay supply. Two relays will control channel switching (one input jack) and the associated LED.

Off to finalize a parts order that includes this amp. Gotta make the plates too. Stop me if you see anything wonky.
Great Job Buddy

how schematics you use ?

i use this https://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33721 , but not work gain/level channel

thanks

I used the values from bepone's build or ch1 (link above) and the values for ch2 are from the Wonderland/JM Sig. I will be installing a LNFB defeat switch on ch2. Both channels will have front panel Mid controls. I will install a PPIMV on the front and there will be Presence and Resonance controls on the back panel. For what it's worth, I will also install a passive FX loop.

Sorry, I'm gonna one up you here...

My progress as of today.

I have to figure out how to implement bias and balance with the main bias circuit that I have on the board.

I relocated the pilot relay by the pilot and verified function of bothe relays. Red for Ch1 and blue for Ch2.

Should be done soon!

I fired it up yesterday but ch1 was not passing much audio. I had a bit of time today to take another look at it. I had installed a 1k8 plate resistor and a 180k cathode resistor... I had also forgot to run the ground wire for the cathode follower.
I fixed those things and it came to life. This thing is dead quiet when you're not playing. Very dynamic. Channel 2 sounds like the best Bassman I've ever heard. Channel 1 sounds a little nervous and jittery, but it's on fire! I will let things break in before I change anything, but preliminary testing has me excited!! Im gonna have others play in this shortly after the break-in period to get a general consensus.

As a side note... I have not hooked up the FX loop jacks yet.

Looks great! My pseudo ultra has become my favorite amp of all time. It also informed me on some circuit control design philosophy.

It sounds great! I love the growl that doesn't swamp the bass.
