Dumble Blue Capacitor

I was looking into late 80's/ early 90's ODS and noticed that frequently HAD used those blue capacitors.

I have been on a hunt trying to find out what they are. I have seen an early amp (maybe 18X serial - don't recall exactly) which had a A/E stamp on the blue caps at the PI. The one on the picture attached has an M stamped, I am wondering if these are ITW?

RadioShack has some blue capacitors but they are rated 250V, which I don't think it would be appropriate for the PI (which he usually uses 600V or 630V).

I know that in late 80's RadioShack had Archer capacitors, but I could not find blue ones rated around 600V.

Any insight?

The one in the picture I posted is Xicon. I think the MF may indicate metallic film or something like that. The Xicon are a bit bright so maybe they are not the HAD approved caps. I believe AE is Arco.

The M stamp might be Panasonic. On their radial electrolytics is also a M stamp.
And they have a discontinued ECQ m series film cap.
