It will work with 325V B+, I wanted to get a reference for the other voltages you reported.
With 325V B+ I get 240V after the 100k dropping resistor and the following pin voltages:

Send triode
pin 1 - 230
pin 2 - 25.6
pin 3 - 27.3
Recover triode
pin 6 - 205
pin 7 - 0
pin 8 - 1.55

I think you have a wiring error. You should not have the full B+ on the send triode's plate, pin 1.

I absolutely did have a wiring error. I had b+1 and b+2 wires swapped under the board. I also raised the 2k2 2 watt in the power supply to 2k7 but i need to double check if thats what i changed. Now my voltages are exactly what they are in the layout.

Here is my layout if it will help anyone, it may need double checked but i’m pretty sure it is all good. One is the original and the other is your updated one. Thanks for all of your help Martin. I have gained a great deal of knowledge from your posts here over the years and that is a very valuable thing to me and i am very grateful for you and everyone else here.
