On this Precision power board are we replacing the four laydown 22uf's F+T's with eight standup 47uf 315V or are we adding them to the board???

I believe it's a choice of one or the other. The 47uf is effective ~23.5uf 630v (series capacitance) https://www.khanacademy.org/science/phy ... ors-series

I'm not the most versed in ODS circuits but I believe that's correct. (Team, correct me if I'm wrong here)

The Precision PS replaces each of the 4 axial caps with a pair of radial caps and the necessary balance resistors. Per the notes, you need to add four eyelets to the axial cap board.
