OTS #102 to #060 (without reverb)?

I'm currently on vacation and can not have a look inside the amp, but have looked at my photos of it and I think those Orange Drop 6PS series 600 V from TT should be ok, and also those 1/2 W RN65D resistors. But I wonder what kind of resistor that one on the bass pot is, also the precence cap? I can not figure it out from these photos.

I’m not an expert but it looks likely to be a carbon film resistor to me. The TT xicon resistors are good quality. For the 1uF I’d opt for the standard TT electrolytic. Alpha’s are decent pots.

If you look at the AN gutshot, you can see where he is putting the RN65s (e.g. plates) and where he’s using the carbon films. Might it be worth copying that, as a starting point?

2.2uF is what is the #102. Very distinct especially in the mid range. 1uF is more affecting the high tones and is in #124, #183 etc.

Yes, mine is a slightly modded #102. I want to try the classic tone stack and maybe also low-plate in this amp, so I'm looking to replace the 2.2 with a 1uF. Is there any significant differences between the two menioned above (TT 1uF 100V or Mallory 1uF 63V)?

That is difficult to answer and the only way to know would be to try both and see which one you like.
