Read in a guitar mag or similar LONG ago in a far away galaxy @ this amp, wonder where it is now? I hear it on Standing on solid ground.

You mean "On Solid Ground"?
"Standing on solid ground" is a Delbert McClinton song....

and yes - what became of the amp??

Do you mean "*Shakey* Ground"?
Delbert McClinton did do a cover of Shakey Ground but it was originally done by the Temptations.
I'm not sure which version if any, the amp was used on.

"On Solid Ground" is the title track on a Larry Carlton album released in 1989.

yep SOLID ground, just wondering if anyone knew the whereabouts of his 4x6V6 Dumble! Ima pretty stout minded guy at 64, run bike, eat well, n look 15 years younger, i still have a senior moment now n then thx Jack.....maybe one day you will enjoy one too! :)
