So that would mean 43.2 mA. You could tweak it up to there and call it good.

One last question. Do I need to adjust the bias or PI trimmer every time I replace one of the tubes?

Readjust the PI trimmer only if you change the PI tube, and maybe the power tubes if there is a difference in matching. I would recheck the bias and the PI balance after a few hours of use since the tubes may drift some.
