Bias Adj/Measure board for 4 tubes

Greetings -

Thought I'd try a KiCAD project for a 4-tube bias adjust/measure board.
Uses 5 tipjacks, 4 pots, and includes pull-cold resistors in case one of the trimpots goes bad.

Pots & tipjacks on one side, resistors on other side for clearance.

Y'all are welcome to use the the gerbers. A BOM based on Digikey/Mouser/Newark will follow at some point.
